Unfortunately, for International delivery we are unable to facilitate exchanges via the online store.
However, you are welcome to return only eligible full priced items outlined within our policy and repurchase your new size/item.
FULL PRICE ITEMS (International Delivery): Full Price online purchases returned to the online store due to change of mind, are eligible for a refund only, we are unable to facilitate exchanges on orders that have been shipped internationally.
SALE ITEMS (International Delivery) : SALE items can only be returned for an EXCHANGE. Exchanges can only be fulfilled for items of the same value only (subject to stock availability). An exchange is only accepted once, against the original order and will not be eligible for a further exchange or refund based on change of mind. Sale items marked as FINAL SALE and are unable to be returned or exchanged for change of mind (including sizing & fit, colour, or styling). All sale items that are unable to be returned or exchanged are labelled as 'FINAL SALE’ on the products on the website.
