Once your tracking says your parcel has arrived back at our online warehouse, your return is generally processed within 5 business days. During busy periods or where Australian public holidays occur this may delay your refund.
Where you are eligible for a refund in line with our return policy, your funds will be refunded via your original form of payment and you will be emailed confirmation once this has occurred.
Please note: Business days do not include weekends and public holidays. Any public holiday(s) that occurs during the returns process timeframe will delay your refund.
