A shipment confirmation email will be sent to your email address when your order leaves our warehouse. The email will contain the package’s tracking number. You can track the delivery status of your order with our shipping partner by clicking the link in this email.
Please be sure to check your junk spam folders for your shipment confirmation email as sometimes they can get filtered through to these folders.
If you are a Bardot member, and placed the order while logged into your account, you will be able to track your order status in the 'My Order' section of your account.
Guest orders can be checked by selecting the 'Order Status' option in the footer menu of our website.
