All goods are inspected before they are shipped to you to ensure they are in excellent condition, and we pack carefully to reduce the possibility of damage during transit.
If you do receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately by sending an email to hellousa@bardot.com. Please provide your order numbe, clear images of the fault as well as all swing tags attached and we'll be happy to work with you to a resolution.
