We are sorry to hear this has happened! This means your order was returned to us by UPS. This may have been due to your order not being claimed/picked up or there is insufficient address or an address that UPS could not locate.
It can take up to 15 business days for our team to receive your parcel, and you will continue to be able to track its progress using your tracking number.
Once your order has been received, you will be refunded less any shipping costs. We are unable to re-ship return to sender orders in which Bardot is not at fault because we do not have the resources to accept a new payment for any additional shipping fees incurred.
