Eligible items can be returned in line with our policy, within 30 days of delivery for International orders. If your return or exchange is eligible and meets our return conditions, please email hellousa@bardot.com along with your order number to request a returns authorisation number and include the following information;
- order number
- name on order
- style code
- colour
- size
- return reason code (as outlined on packing slip)
Returns or exchanges received without a returns authorisation number will be returned to the customer at their cost.
Items assessed to be faulty may be eligible for a full refund or replacement. For information regarding assessment and return of your faulty item, please email hellousa@bardot.com for a returns authorisation.
ONLINE RETURN CONDITIONS
To qualify for a return or exchange on eligible items due to change of mind, items must be unwashed, unworn and in their original condition with tags attached.
Change of mind returns/exchanges are not accepted on earrings, hair accessories, hosiery, lingerie, cosmetics, or swimwear for hygiene reasons. Items purchased in store cannot be returned to Bardot.
Where a purchase does qualify for a refund, this can be made to the original payment method only. If the original payment method was a gift card or credit note, a new return voucher will be issued as refund.
