Once your tracking says your parcel has arrived back at our online warehouse, your return is generally processed within 30 business days. During busy periods or where Australian public holidays occur this may delay your refund.
Where you are eligible for a refund in line with our return policy, your funds will be refunded via your original form of payment and you will be emailed confirmation once this has occurred.
Please note: Items purchased with a return voucher or gift card will be refunded to a return voucher.
